THE SUSPECT IS A HISPANIC FEMALE WITH NO FURTHER IDENTIFYING INFORMATION. THE SUSPECT STOLE THE VEHICLE FROM IN FRONT OF A RESIDENCE WITH THE CHILD LOCATED INSIDE.
DRIVING A 2006 WHITE JEEP LIBERTY, CA LICENSE PLATE NUMBER 6BWK440.
